Online Class Refund Policy

If a student needs to cancel a workshop for any reason, a full refund will be issued if notice is made of the cancellation prior to the beginning of the workshop. If a student requests a refund after attending one or more workshop sessions, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining classes (ex. If a student cancels after attending one of a series of four classes, the student will be refunded 3/4ths of the registration fee).

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the end of the workshop and students will lose access to all class materials and media. The cost of kits are refundable but the student is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Hopewell Weaving.
